By using Famru you agree to these terms. Famru is a marketplace that connects brands and creators; all transactions are subject to our escrow payment policy and Safe Payments flow described in the product.
Creator obligations
Creators must disclose sponsored content as per ASCI/FTC guidelines, deliver agreed content on time, and not artificially inflate engagement metrics.
Brand obligations
Brands must fund escrow before creators begin work. Payment is released within 7 days of performance window closing.
